# Evidence

> Inspect the supplied laser-removal evidence and its limitations.

You can inspect the supplied reviewer record below. This unvalidated convenience sample is separate from the synthetic questionnaire harness. Eight eligible sources, six with forms, do not establish representative frequencies, clinical validity or pricing weights. Source IDs are preserved in [the laser-removal pack](https://uqp.dev/docs/packs/laser-removal.md). Provenance statements are supplied records, not independent revalidation or permission for further collection. Any price observations are example data, not real prices for a quote or evaluator defaults.
