Dates use America/Los_Angeles (Pacific Time). The core specification is 0.1-draft; nothing here is a stable release or a deployment announcement.

· Draft design and reference docs

  • Documented the existing core objects, complete schema-derived fields and lifecycle transitions.
  • Added a schema browser and synthetic Tattoo pack examples from the reference model and evaluator.
  • Clarified transport roadmap status, consent boundaries, versioning and human review.
  • Confirmed Apache 2.0 covers spec text, schemas, packs and code. The CLA remains a draft pending legal review.
